Student Proficiency is the measure used to determine student academic achievement. Students who earn a passing score on the state assessment are deemed proficient. Proficiency calculations will be determined based on the assessed population of students at each school. In order for student results to be included in the school’s proficiency rate, students must be continuously enrolled at the school on or before validation day until the start of the state assessment window.
