Closing Opportunity Gaps (2017-2018)

Elementary and Middle schools are measured on the percentage of students who have demonstrated adequate growth on the Math or ELA SBAC assessments but were previously not proficient.


Students who were previously not proficient but are now demonstrating adequate growth are considered to be “on-track”.  An on-track student may not be proficient but is showing adequate growth to becoming proficient in three years or by Grade 8.
